Mit der Anmeldung bei crm-now werden Sie Lizenznehmer und erklären Sie sich mit folgenden Bedingungen einverstanden:
Ein Lizenznehmer darf und kann eine unbegrenzte Anzahl von Nutzern ermächtigen, das CRM System von crm-now zu nutzen.
Der crm-now Support kann kostenlos in Anspruch genommen werden.
Der gesamte zur Verfügung gestellte Speicherplatz ist auf 50 MByte begrenzt.
Alle angebotenen Programme und Erweiterungen werden ohne Gewährleistung und Haftung ausschließlich zum Test und Beurteilung zur Verfügung gestellt.
Das Nutzungsrecht des Lizenznehmers und allen anderen Nutzern endet automatisch nach Ablauf von 30 Tagen.
Die Daten des Lizenznehmers können im Rahmen einer Nutzerlizenzvereinbarung weitergenutzt werden.
Zur Anmeldung bitten wir Sie um die Angabe Ihres Namens, Ihres Unternehmens und Ihrer E-Mail Adesse. Bei falschen oder unvollständigen Angaben behält sich crm-now das Recht vor, ohne weitere Benachrichtigung, die Anmeldung nicht zu bearbeiten.
Important: With your accepted application you will become a license holder of the crm-now service and have to agree to the following terms and conditions:
A license holder is entitled to grand an unlimited number of users access to the CRM system.
A license holder may use the support of crm-now free of charge.
The entire storage space available is limited to 50 MByte.
crm-now disclaims all warranties, guaranties, liabilities and conditions with regard to the online service provided. The service and license offered are for test and evaluation purposes only and are provided on an „as is“ basis.
The license expires after 30 days automatically if not otherwise agreed.
Data entries by the demo license holder may get transfered to a full licensed version on request.
crm-now reserves the right to reject any application from outside of Europe. If you are located outside of Europe please contact our sales department directly at sales@crm-now.com.
We are asking you to provide your name, your company and your email address. crm-now reserves the right to reject all demo applications which contain incomplete or false information without further notice.
The general terms and conditions of crm-now GmbH apply.
